Vanilla Ice Cream

Okay - you’ll need an ice cream machine for this one…
Probably could make it without an ice cream maker, but I’ve never tried and probably never will.
- Without the vanilla it makes a good base for other ice cream flavours.
- If you want to add chunks (like cookie dough) then freeze them and add just before the ice cream is finished in the machine.

- 30-40 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
- 300 ml double cream
- 150 ml full fat milk
- 1 + 1/2 tsp. vanilla essence
Directions
- Add all ingredients to large bowl and whisk until smooth
- Transfer to ice cream maker and switch on
- When the churning ice cream starts forming stiff peaks spoon into a clean, chilled ice cream tub.
- Place in freezer for 1 hour before serving.
